Returns and Exchange Policy

Exchange / Replacement Policy

Before we send anything, we check to make sure it’s good. If there’s a problem, like if it’s broken or the wrong parcel was delivered, don’t worry! We’ll fix it. We’ll pick it up and send you a new one. If you see any problems within 3 days of getting your package, tell us. We’ll make it right. Once you buy something, you can’t exchange it unless it’s broken or wrong. We’ll need your receipt to help. Changing your mind isn’t a reason. So, be sure before buying. If you love what you get, give us a 5-star review! If you’re not happy, email us. We’ll respond in 24 hours (or 36 hours on weekends). We’ll work hard to make you happy.

Checking parcels at the time of delivery:

Please note that your order will be delivered in a sealed bag to avoid theft during transit. The delivery man is not our representative and cannot open the bag for checking by the customer. His role is only to deliver and collect payments. Therefore, please do not insist on opening the bag before payment.

Refunds: 

At Jay Store World, we promise that everything you buy from us is real, new, and not broken. If you get something that doesn’t meet these promises, you can send it back within 5 days. We’ll check it to make sure it’s okay. If it’s not, we’ll give you a new one or your money back, as long as you follow our return rules.

Sale Items:

No exchanges on sale items.

Warranty:

A warranty does not cover imported items and sale items cannot be exchanged. However, locally manufactured products, such as jewelry or accessories, are eligible for warranty coverage. If your product doesn’t have a warranty, you can still use our return policy. Just check the return policy rules.
