Quality Problem

We will check every piece of product before shipping, if there is any damage or any fault or difference you would find, Jay Store World will be responsible for that and will arrange the pick and sent you the right product. If you find any quality problem please contact us in 7 days after receipt, we will solve the problem.

Checking of parcel at Time of Delivery

Please note that your order will be delivered in a sealed bag in order to avoid theft during transit. The delivery man is not our representative and cannot open the bag for checking by the customer. His role is only to deliver and collect payment. Therefore please do not insist on opening the bag before payment.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

For any reason, you do not like it or simply want to return, please contact us in 7 days after receipt, keep the product in the original condition and pay the shipping cost by yourself, we will full refund after receive and check the returned product.
